O Movimento Júnior é a principal plataforma de desenvolvimento complementar ao ensino académico. Aqui é possível criar valor para a sociedade e para o tecido empresarial, através do empreendedorismo de jovens universitários, permitindo torná-los líderes do futuro mais completos e diferenciados.
Em 2021, motivada pelo empreendedorismo, dinamismo e inovação que, para mim, representa este movimento, integrei o Departamento Comercial e Vendas da LisbonPH. Na altura, estava longe de imaginar que nos próximos 3 anos, também eu faria parte deste grupo de estudantes universitários que diariamente contribui para um impacto positivo no setor da Saúde.
A vertente internacional do Movimento Júnior sempre me suscitou interesse e foi por isso que, no ano seguinte, integrei a Junior Entreprises Europe como Partnerships and Public Affairs Manager e mais tarde me tornei External International Manager da LisbonPH. Aqui contactei com colegas de vários países e Júnior Empresas, com áreas de negócio diversas, mas com um ponto comum: crescer, crescer, crescer.
No início de 2023, fui eleita Diretora do Departamento Comercial e Vendas, função que desempenhei durante um ano, e onde aprendi que o mais importante de qualquer negócio são sempre as pessoas. Esta aprendizagem reflete o grande marco que foi a minha passagem pela LisbonPH, não só enquanto membro, mas também enquanto Conselho de Administração. No fim do dia o que fica são as amizades criadas, o companheirismo diário, o trabalho em equipa e as conquistas que juntos alcançamos.
De todos os eventos, reuniões externas tidas, projetos angariados e parcerias estabelecidas aquilo que recordo desta jornada verdadeiramente enriquecedora foram as pessoas com as quais a partilhei.
Desde que finalizei o MICF em julho de 2024 que trabalho na AbbVie, enquanto Sales Representative na área das Neurociências, onde integro mais uma vez uma equipa dinâmica, repleta de pessoas extraordinárias que trabalham todos os dias para criar um impacto positivo na vida de doentes em todo o mundo, tornando possibilidades realidade.

The Junior Movement is the main platform for complementary development alongside academic education. It provides an opportunity to create value for society and the business sector through the entrepreneurship of university students, helping them become more well-rounded and distinctive leaders of the future.
In 2021, driven by the entrepreneurship, dynamism, and innovation that this movement represents to me, I joined the Commercial and Sales Department of LisbonPH. At the time, I had no idea that over the next three years I would become part of this group of university students who contribute daily to making a positive impact in the healthcare sector.
The international dimension of the Junior Movement has always fascinated me, which is why, in the following year, I joined Junior Enterprises Europe as Partnerships and Public Affairs Manager and later became External International Manager of LisbonPH. In this role, I connected with peers from different countries and Junior Enterprises from various business areas, all sharing a common goal: to grow, grow, grow.
At the beginning of 2023, I was elected Director of the Commercial and Sales Department, a position I held for one year. It was in this role that I learned the most important lesson in any business: people always come first. This insight reflects the significant milestone that my time at LisbonPH represented, not only as a member, but also as part of the Board of Directors. At the end of the day, what remains are the friendships built, the daily camaraderie, the teamwork, and the shared achievements. Among all the events, external meetings, projects acquired, and partnerships established, what I cherish most from this truly enriching journey are the people with whom I shared it.
Since completing the MICF in July 2024, I have been working at AbbVie as a Sales Representative in the Neuroscience area, once again joining a dynamic team filled with extraordinary people who work every day to create a positive impact in the lives of patients around the world, turning possibilities into reality.
